Peter is a highly experienced professional in the ports, shipping and transport sector, working since 1998 as an independent consultant utilising a broad range of business, analytical and financial skills.
Peter has led, and been involved in, a wide range of projects including market studies, feasibility studies, project appraisal and cost analyses. This includes work for private and public sector organisations, both on an individual basis and as part of consultant/client teams.
Earlier commercial experience gained in the ports, shipping and transport environment led to exposure in such diverse fields as business start-up and acquisition (ferry service, port operations, forwarding and international re-mailing operations), RoRo vessel management, systems analysis and development, quality management accreditation and trust port privatisation.
Brian Bullock
Brian Bullock is a chartered engineer with an MBA and a background in mechanical engineering. He was most recently managing director of SRD (subsea sonar equipment and services) for seven years, before negotiating the sale of the business to Halma plc.
Prior to SRD Brian held senior management positions for many years at both subsidiary and divisional managing director level, mostly with industrial plc.s before moving into the independent sector.
Brian has a broad range of industrial experience including, automotive, consumer durables, power engineering and, more recently, the offshore subsea sector. He has considerable experience of business management and is a strong supporter of product innovation and employee involvement as key drivers for business improvement.
