Boston Energy Technical Training
Boston Energy have been training internal contractors as well as external customers on lifting and crane operations for many years. As of June 2019, we have provided onshore GWO courses at our training centre in East Yorkshire. The trainers we employ have extensive experience and expertise in wind turbine and crane operations, ensuring all courses conform to current standards and provide trainees with valuable knowledge to help them in their careers.
We have recently re-opened our training centre, after closing following the COVID-19 pandemic. As always, health & safety is our priority and therefore we have put in place a variety of measures to ensure that all of our courses are safe and adhere to government guidelines surrounding COVID-19. This includes limited course numbers, PPE provision and the isolation of all training from our main building.
We are also excited to announce that we have widened our scope further and are now approved to deliver GWO Slinger Signaller training. This is an in-depth, 2 day course, carefully planned to prepare you for all lifting scenarios you may face whilst working on a wind turbine.

We provide both initial and refresher courses in accordance with Global Wind Organisation (GWO) standards offering a 10% package discount when the above GWO courses are bought together.
